As the school year gets underway, remember that you can easily manage your student's school lunch account online. To add money or check your balance, please use your LINQ Connect account at the link below:

Meal Charges

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We want to keep you informed about our school meal charges. You can find the policy on CO local under our board policies. 

Meal Charges and Grace Period

 If a student’s meal account runs out of money, they will still be allowed to receive up to four meals on a grace period.

During this time:
  • Parents/guardians will be notified, and we will provide a schedule for repaying the balance.
  • Students will be allowed to charge for the regular meal choice during the grace period.
No extra fees or interest will be added to these meals.

After the Grace Period
If the student still doesn’t have funds after the four meals:

  • The school will serve a nutritious alternative meal.
If you have any questions about your child's meal account or need help, please contact the campus food service manager or Lisa Horton, Food Service Director @Lisa Horton

📱NEW STATE LAW📱
Effective for the 2025-2026 school year, Texas House Bill 1481 prohibits the use of personal electronic devices by students during the instructional day.
At Blanco ISD, we are reviewing and updating our district policies to comply with this law. More details will be shared as we finalize our Student Handbook, but we wanted to give families advance notice now so students can be prepared for this change when school starts.

2024-2025 YEARBOOKS

The 2025 Blanco ISD yearbooks are here!  Customers who purchased a copy online can pick it up in the front lobby of the high school on Thursday, June 12th.  To facilitate distribution, this will be a "come and go" event with parents, guardians, and students from each campus asked to arrive during the following windows of time:

Elementary:  11 am - 12 pm
Middle School:  12 - 1 pm
High School:  1 - 2 pm
Any Remaining Customers:  2 - 3 pm

Those who are unable to pick up their yearbooks on Thursday will have other opportunities to retrieve them later this summer or at certain "Back to School" events in the fall.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact Yearbook Adviser Brooke Kotfas at brooke.kotfas@blancoisd.org.  Thanks for your support!

Texas Assessment End-of-Course Results

2025 STAAR End-of-Course results are now available!  Visit the Ascender Parent Portal to view your child’s results, see how they answered each question, and access personalized resources to support their learning. Don’t miss out—Log In & Learn More!  

Follow the attached graphic for detailed directions. The only scores currently available are the EOC scores. 
Grades 3-8 Scores will be available on June 17th.
